Inside one of Fort Collin’s historic buildings Ginger and Baker has been a staple of Old Town Fort Collins since 2016. The building had been around since the early 1900’s and had seen many renovations during it’s more than 100 year history but perhaps none larger than the one in 2015. Taking great care to preserve the historical architecture, details, and charm. The building was renovated to include a basement event space and wine cellar, first floor coffee shop, and the “Mill Top” another, larger event space in the former second floor of the old mill building. An addition was made to the building which houses “The Cache” a high end restaurant and event space.
