This much-needed addition will add 2,950 SF to the historic Carnegie Library in Manitou Springs as well as renovate the historic building. The renovation and addition will focus on maintaining the historic structure while adding missing accessibility components as well as working to expand the library’s program offerings, bringing both the building and its services to the modern era.
